As head of Macquarie Infrastructure Group Europe and CEO of the Macquarie Infrastructure Development Fund he was responsible for international infrastructure investments focussed on greenfield infrastructure. During his eleven years at Macquarie David acquired, managed or divested infrastructure investments on behalf of Macquarie managed funds with a combined enterprise value in excess of EUR 25 billion.
