Former Head of Infrastructure Sales and Business Development at Fluor, Michael was responsible for developing and financing, as sponsor and contractor, major transportation PPPs. Major achievements include the A8 Augsburg-Munich in Germany, Dutch High Speed Link or the National Roads Telecommunications Services PPP with the UK Highway Agency. Michael was also involved in the development of Greater Gabbard (one of the world’s largest wind farm under construction) and the subsequent divestment of Fluor’s 50% stake. A former Project Finance banker, Michael has over 18 years of experience in structured and infrastructure investments.
