Former CEO of Hochtief Airport GmbH. During his 20 years at Hochtief, Dr. Kalenda held several senior positions in various divisions of the German construction services company. He founded Hochtief Airport GmbH in 1997, where he was CEO for 12 years. Here, he dealt with the acquisitions, asset management and operational management of numerous European airports. Prior to this he was Managing Director of Infrastructure for Hochtief Projektentwicklung GmbH, focusing on transport infrastructure. Dr. Kalenda has close to 30 years of international asset management, M&A, project development and engineering experience in greenfield airports, power stations, tunnels and highways on the construction and operating side.
Since April 2015 Mr. Mancini has been appointed CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sorgenia, one of the main energy operators in Italy. Mr. Mancini has 17 years in senior management of Enel, most recently Executive V.P. & Managing Director, Generation, Energy Management and Market Division. His main responsibilities in this role included managing and developing 270 power plants with 37 GW of capacity, producing and selling electricity and gas, sourcing and trading of power, gas, and other energy commodities on international markets. He was also member of the Board of other controlled or participated Group companies. Mr. Mancini has more than 20 years of experience in general management, greenfield project development and asset management in the utilities sector (electricity and gas networks).
Former CEO of UK Atomic Energy Authority and Senior Executive of BP. In his 26 years at BP, Mr. Shah held many senior positions, including CEO of the Forties Pipeline System, the largest in the North Sea, and General Manager of the Grangemouth complex, BP's largest processing, refining and petrochemicals complex in Europe. He was also Head of BP Acquisitions and Divestments globally , Managing Director and CEO of BP Solar International, where he grew BP's renewable business to over $1bn, across 14 countries, and Chief Economist of BP Oil UK. Mr. Shah has held non-executive roles in several infrastructure related companies over the past decade, including as Chairman of Viridian and HgCapital Renewable Power Partners. He is on the Board of Thames Water and the Crown Estate, and is past Chairman of the European Photovoltaics Industry Association. Mr. Shah has over 30 years of M&A, greenfield project development, general management, and economic forecasting experience in Oil & Gas, pipelines, renewable energy, storage and other energy sources.
