2012: A busy year of construction began for C-Power

2012 is the most important year for the construction of offshore wind farm C-Power, 325 MW, located on the Thornton Bank, 30 km from the Belgian coast in the North Sea.

After the pilot project of six 5 MW turbines, operational since 2009, C-Power will install in mid-March 30 additional turbines with a capacity of 6.15 MW each. By the end of September 2012, the total park size will be increased to 215 MW.
